Spaghetti

Easy Pasta Recipe

If you prefer to add meat, sauté it with a little oil, salt, and Delpazir pepper until it changes color and becomes partially cooked. Then add Delpazir Pasta Sauce—already a complete blend of plant-based protein and aromatic vegetables—and let it simmer for about ten minutes to develop its full flavor.

Cook the pasta in salted boiling water for 7–8 minutes, then drain it.
For a golden, crispy tahdig, coat the bottom of a clean pot with a little oil and arrange thin slices of potato.

Layer the drained pasta and the prepared sauce alternately in the pot, finishing with a layer of pasta on top. Cover with a lid and steam over low heat for about 45 minutes.

Serve the aromatic Iranian-style pasta with its golden potato tahdig, alongside Shirazi salad or homemade pickles for a complete and delightful meal.
