How to Make Chicken Kebab
-
Cut the chicken into medium-sized pieces and place them in a suitable bowl.
-
Add the delightful mayonnaise, curry powder, oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and saffron water to the chicken. Gently and carefully mix to ensure that all pieces of chicken are evenly coated with the marinade.
-
Add grated onion to the chicken, mix again, and then cover the bowl. Let it marinate in the fridge for at least 2 hours (preferably overnight) to allow the flavors to deeply penetrate the meat and make it tender.
-
After marinating, thread the chicken onto skewers or arrange it on a baking tray.
-
Grill or bake the chicken at 180°C (350°F) for about 20-25 minutes. During cooking, baste the chicken every few minutes with a little oil or leftover marinade to keep it moist and golden.
-
Serve your golden, aromatic chicken kebabs with fresh herbs, Iranian rice, or bread, and enjoy the tender, flavorful taste.
